Pre-Approved Paint Colors

Below is the list of pre-approved colors for Johns Creek. These are standard neutrals (whites/grays/browns). Although these are pre-approved, an ARC request form must still be submitted, for review.

There are other neutral shades in blue/green/yellow that are approved. Please contact management for those color families. Sherwin Williams paint is not required, but if you choose a different paint supplier, the color must be matched to these Sherwin Williams colors.
